Review Videos and take appropriate actions on the video based on the defined policies. Attend calls/meetings with Customer to understand the policies and the impact of violation on end users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Graduate in any Stream (Hons/General). Results pending would not be eligible
fluent in english language
Should be ready and comfortable in viewing Contents related Adult, Sexual, Abusive, Hate, Derogatory, Illegal Acts, Violence, Death and Tragedy. Should be strong psychologically to ensure candidate is able to work on the same for long hours during the day without much impact
Should have basic/understanding knowledge of Adwords and AdSense
Should have an eye for easily spotting the above Content on a Video
Strong Knowledge of Current Affairs and General Knowledge to help identifying cultural biases on Videos
Should know to read & write more than one regional language
Excellent communication skills in English,Bengali
Good knowledge of Google tools such as Chrome, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc
Basic Knowledge of Online Advertisements, Marketing strategy and Google Youtube Monetisation Policy
Excellent Time Management skills
Good Interpersonal & People skills with good problem-solving approach.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
Should have Customer Centric Mindset
Any experience in Content Management Process is an added benefit
Qualifications:
Graduates with all Original semester marksheets and university issued certificated only
