Assistant Manager Job at Flipkart


 

 DESCRIPTION For the Job

  • Enable BD teams across Flipkart to drive Selection onboarding to increase relevant selection and drive key input metrics 

  • Work with catalog teams on improving the quality of selection on the platform

  • Partner with product & category teams to Design & implement the Selection measurement framework

  • Enable data based effective decision making to close selection gaps

  • Work with business intelligence and data engineers to design and develop weekly tracking mechanisms

  • Perform deep-dives to find the root causes behind variances of key parameters over a given time-period    

 Skills & experience:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • 1-3 years of work experience

  • Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams 

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL

  • Knowledge of R/Python language would be a strong advantage (not mandatory)

  • Program management skills, relationship management, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team
